Improve your physical and mental health by taking part in our Marathon A Month Campaign by British Asian LGBTI and NAZ Project!

Physical and mental health are so inherently interconnected. Based on our own lived experiences, our team at British Asian LGBTI support group have found that the start is often the most difficult obstacle when getting physically active! But once you get started, the benefits are immense for both your physical and mental health and fitness. This campaign is funded by The Equity Fund of the Consortium for Stronger LGBT+ Communities.

The Community Offers

  • Walk, jog or run a total of 26 miles a month!
  • Join our community on Strava to log goals and get support!
  • Monthly walking group meet ups in London locations
  • Refreshments and Yoga sessions during meetups!
